The project comprised the development of over forty private 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments and nine 4 bed affordable apartments in five new apartment blocks constructed adjacent the Roundhouse, Camden.

HBS were appointed on full duties to design the incoming site services infrastructure, including the new site electrical substation, apartment services layouts and landlord common areas. This comprised the provision of boosted cold water services, hot water and drainage systems, heating and ventilation, lighting, escape lighting, small power, fire alarms, central TV and satellite distribution systems, door entry systems, low voltage distribution and lift installations.
