The re-development comprised a mix of part new build and part refurbishment/conversion of an old office building, located on the corner of Crown Street and London Street in the centre of Reading, Berkshire, to provide semi basement car parking and storage; a ground floor retail unit and an Aparthotel with entrance/lounge at ground floor and 62No. comfort cooled Studio/Suites from first to fifth floors. The Aparthotel includes a central Gym/ Laundry at first floor.

The M&E engineering services included provision of VRF heating and comfort cooling, mechanical ventilation, lighting, power, fire alarms, energy controls, security, CCTV, access control, telephones and TV & Satellite distribution systems.
