HBS were appointed to carry out the full detail design of the building services installations for the redevelopment of Virgin Atlantic’s new 22,000M² training facility in Crawley, West Sussex.

The redevelopment, from a pharmaceutical manufacturing and process facility to the new prestigious training centre, has been carried out under a number of phases which included the complete decontamination and strip-out of the old laboratories and processing plant, new services infrastructure, disaster recovery computer centre, warehouse, offices, restaurants, classrooms, auditorium, town square and aircraft training rigs hall for cabin and flight crew training.
