Cove Construction appointed HBS to undertake the detail design of a new 60 bedroom EMI care unit along with day care, nurse station and other welfare facilities at Frimley Green, nr Farnborough, Surrey.

The Services comprised low surface temperature radiator heating system, ventilation to the common welfare areas, boosted cold water, hot water and drainage services to the bedrooms and welfare areas, lighting, escape lighting, small power, fire alarm systems, security and nurse call systems as well as arranging new incoming services to the site with the Local Utility Supply Companies.
