Details:
HBS were appointed as the Project
Manager and for the M&E detailed design of the phased refurbishment
of the existing M&E installations within 9000M2
of tenanted offices distributed over 8 floors and included the complete
replacement of all central plant including Boilers, Air Handling Units,
CWS tanks, CWS booster set etc. together with the formation of
additional vertical mechanical services risers, new main electrical
switchroom, landlords electrical services infrastructure, new fire
alarm installation, common area lighting, toilet area refurbishment and
formation of additional disabled WC facilities.
Each office floor is currently
being refurbished on a floor by floor basis including new perimeter
four pipe fan coil units, mechanical ventilation, lighting and power
installations.
