The project; the urban regeneration of Feltham Town Centre shopping, community and residential facilities comprised to construction of 11 new residential apartment buildings, new retail spaces, health centre, library, office accommodation, hotel and a new supermarket. The project commenced in 2004 to be completed over a 4 year period with phased occupation of the site commencing 2005.
 
HBS were appointed to undertake the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services of the residential buildings, offices and retail areas together with associated utilities infrastructure. This included all lighting and small power, heating, ventilation, domestic water services, drainage, boosted cold water pumping systems, TV/Satellite, access control and smoke control systems to the residential buildings. The retail spaces were provided with capped services for future fit out by the incoming tenants. The office space was detailed designed to include lighting, small power, fire detection alarm, VRV heating and cooling, ventilation, water services and drainage systems.
