HBS were appointed to carry out the design and project supervision for the refurbishment of five existing Holiday Inn hotels located in Bristol, Cardiff, Peterborough, Rugby and South Mimms.  The initial appointment was for the refurbishment of the bedroom wings the works including installation of VRV cooling systems to the rooms, replacement of all electrical services within the bedrooms, reinforcement of the main electrical supplies to the buildings for the increased loading of the VRV systems and replacement of the public health services within the bedrooms.
 
Following on from the works to the bedroom wings HBS received further appointments to design the M&E services for major refurbishments to the public areas including reception areas, restaurants, bars and conference suites.
