This project comprised the re-development of the old Lever Brothers ‘Pears’ Factory in Isleworth to provide over 118 private and affordable dwellings across 9 medium rise new build apartment blocks.

HBS were appointed on full duties to design the incoming site services infrastructure, apartment services layouts and landlord common areas. This included the provision of boosted cold water systems, domestic hot water and drainage systems, heating and ventilation, lighting, escape lighting, small power, fire alarms, central TV and satellite distribution systems, door entry systems, low voltage distribution and lift installations.

The project includes a community playground and amenity area and was designed to meet ‘Secure by Design’ and Eco-Homes standards.
