The project comprised the ‘greenfield’ phased construction of 5No. two storey commercial office buildings set in a business park landscaped environment totalling some 250,000 sq ft.

HBS were appointed to undertake the detailed design and specification of the M&E engineering services associated with the site infrastructure and office/laboratory fit-out in accordance with Nortel Networks specific requirements. The M&E services included 4 pipe fan coil air-conditioning, close control air-conditioning units to laboratory and computer areas, catering facilities, HV/LV distribution, ring fed packaged substations, internal and external lighting, power, fire alarms, fire suppression, CCTV security and access control systems.
