HBS were appointed by Skanska to initially assist them with the ITN submission for upgrading and increasing the capacity of two existing schools in Bexley, and subsequently to undertake the detail design of the Building Services.

Both school projects consisted of demolition, refurbishment and remodelling works to existing school buildings and teaching blocks along with large new constructions of teaching, sports, dinning, assembly, science, catering and other welfare facilities. External works included the upgrading of the incoming Utility Supplies, new lighting and floodlighting to the sports facilities.
