The development comprised a new mixed retail and residential scheme incorporating a nine storey ‘drum block’, a seven storey ‘L-Block’ and a three storey Housing Association Block providing 168 private apartments, 13 Key Worker apartments, 20 Housing Association duplex apartments and 4 No. Retail units at ground and first floor level of the Drum Block

HBS were appointed on full design duties for all M&E services on the project including incoming supplies and site wide distribution infrastructure, landlords and apartment services.
