The project comprised a 1,400 M2 new build three storey sports pavilion in St Albans with ground floor gymnasium, spa and sauna, team changing/shower/toilet facilities, first aid and treatment rooms for rugby, first floor commercial kitchen, bar area, multifunction hall, dance studio, spectators terraces and changing/shower/toilet facilities for cricket and tennis, and second floor self contained manager’s flat.

The building serves a total of 4 rugby pitches, 4 floodlit tennis courts, a cricket pitch and practice nets.
