HBS were appointed by Skanska to assist with the ITN submission and undertake the detail design of the building services for this existing 1,700 pupil secondary school.

The works included the phased refurbishment of the existing science, ITC, business studies, design technology rooms and 6th form centre and the construction of a single Storey Sports Hall building with changing & office facilities and a new two Storey education building for teaching, support, dining, assembly and library facilities.

The existing site infrastructure was upgraded with new incoming services to meet the new site demands along with new external lighting and floodlighting to the new external sports facilities.
