AXA Sun Life Properties appointed HBS to undertake the full duties detailed M&E engineering services design (albeit procured on a D&B basis) for a mixed use new build 40,000 sq.ft. office (+ basement car parking) and residential scheme in Bracknell. The office Cat A M&E services installations included four pipe fan coil heating and cooling, lighting, small power, fire alarms and lifts generally designed in accordance with BCO guidelines to a commensurate high quality institutional specification. The 12No. 2 bed residential units were arranged in two blocks each around a central staircase/lift core and were gas fired heated with engineering services designed suitable for sale.
